From the academic year 2017-2018, CBSE has replaced its Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) scheme to bring in ‘Uniform system of Assessment’ for classes VI to IX. This change has been emphasised on uniformity, standardize teaching and evaluation around schools affiliated to it. I have given the lecture for the parents of x standard students those who are studying in RAJAJI VIDYALAYA  school in the presence of   Secretary and correspondent of  Rajaji Vidyalaya  and principal incharge  of Rajaji Vidyalaya. I got the  appreciable feed back from the parents . we have discussed the examination pattern , how to use internet technologies for studying , how to view the video tutorial  for each and every subject with the desired chapters.  schedule of  studying,  method of studying,  how to get relaxation  and increasing the  interest on studies.

        It has been quite a long time since i wrote  a blog. I would like to thank  the management of RAJAJI VIDYALAYA (CBSE)  for providing   an opportunity  to  implement  my Technical skills , Programming Skills and Administrative Skills. I got  the appointment  in 2013 June  by  the Secretary SELVARAJAN Sir and the Principal NAGARAJAN Sir. They have  encouraged me to develop the software  for  E-pay roll. They have  given the opportunity to conduct soft skills program.  I got appraised for various activities and they  assured me to have the better development in Rajaji Vidyalaya.

I started  my  online work  by  go through the circulars which have been sent by the CBSE , CBSE started the Uploading process of IX and X marks from 2013 june . CBSE  insisted to develop the school website  as mandatory. So  I got the opportunity to update the School Website  Periodically. I have  uploaded school events  time by time.

 I started to  work with  ESI online  software  from 2014 june which  consists  lot of  calculations and uploading.

 I have created the database for storing  the students'  information which will be very useful to search a candidate by giving his admission number.  I have engaged myself in all activities with the help of computer like audio editing for cultural programme, Power Point Presentation  with Animation, Video Tutorial for different subjects etc.  Parental communication software is one of our effective administration tool which helps to track the student  absence details.  I have educated the students to do  the computer programming , application software and photo editing tools.

      I admired about the  person Sri.A.P.C.V.CHOCKALINGAM who  is the president of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha (Tamilnadu). I never see the person with  this simplicity and Divinity. He  listened  to me at the time of telling  the suggestions to  improve the infrastructure of the computer lab.  He observed me  with full of patient.  He respected the  employees' thoughts and suggestions .  I admired about his involvement   in the new technologies.  He has  shared many things in the annual day celebration of RAJAJI VIDYALAYA which helps  me to  shape myself in  positive attitudes. He has delivered his speech with lot of  humour and philosophy. He is one of the best person I met  in my carrier. I would like to thank him for taking my suggestions in the committee. I wish him good health and success in all he does.

N computing

What is Ncomputing? 

Ncomputing is technology that allows multiple users to share 1 computer simultaneously, this means that with ncomputing you could have 1 ordinary desktop computer catering for 11 people or more at the same time.

How does it work? 

The additional users connect to the shared computer using a device, the monitor,keyboard and mouse connect to the device, the device is then connected to the shared computer through a cable. This version of Ncomputing comes in a kit for 5 users and has proven to be the most popular for schools, some of the schools using this system are Rhodespark school, Chassa Secondary school, Linda High school, Luanshya Technical College Management Board to name a few.

Why use Ncomputing? 

The main benefit is that it is a cheaper alternative to the desktop computer, since modern computers are powerful enough to cater for more than 1 user Ncomputing taps into that performance power that would otherwise have remained idle. It also benefits an organization in that when they need to upgrade there I.T in a few years instead of finding funds to buy a whole fleet of New desktop computers they merely have to buy and replace the computer that was being shared by multiple users.
